潮·幻匣（以下简称“本应用”）由 FJSAND 开发与运营。我们重视你的隐私，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护，以及你享有的权利。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策。
一、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：用于登录的手机号、系统分配的用户 ID，以及你设置的昵称与头像。
- 你提供的内容：你上传用于生成手办的照片、由此生成的 3D 模型与预览视频，以及你为作品填写的标题、定价等信息。
- 交易与积分信息：积分余额、消耗与充值记录、作品购买记录。充值通过 Apple 应用内购买完成，我们不收集你的银行卡号等支付凭证。
- 设备与日志信息：为保障稳定与排障，我们会记录必要的设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、崩溃与使用日志。
二、我们如何使用信息
- 完成 3D 手办的生成、预览与导出；
- 管理你的账号、登录状态、昵称头像与积分；
- 提供作品上架、审核、购买等交易功能；
- 排查故障、防止滥用、改进产品体验。
我们不会出售你的个人信息。
三、第三方服务
- 云服务：照片、模型与视频会通过腾讯云开发（CloudBase）、火山引擎/腾讯混元等云服务处理与存储，以完成生成与同步；
- 支付：由 Apple 应用内购买处理，付款信息由 Apple 管理，我们无法访问；
- 上述第三方仅在为本应用提供服务的范围内处理数据。
四、用户生成内容（UGC）与社区规范
本应用允许用户将作品上架到公开作品库供他人浏览与购买。我们对公开内容进行人工审核，并提供“举报作品”与“屏蔽创作者”功能。我们禁止上传违法、侵权、色情、暴力或其他不当内容，对违规内容我们有权下架并处理相关账号。
五、数据存储与删除
- 你的作品、积分与账号资料保存在与你账号关联的云端；
- 你可在 App 内删除单个作品；
- 你可在「我的 - 删除账号」中随时注销账号。注销后，我们将删除你的账号资料、作品、生成任务、购买与交易记录及相关云端文件（依法须留存的除外）；
- 你也可通过下方邮箱联系我们行使查询、更正、删除等权利。
六、儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。
七、政策更新
我们可能适时更新本政策，重大变更将在应用内或本页面公示。

HuanBox ("the App") is developed and operated by FJSAND. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account info: the phone number used to sign in, a system-assigned user ID, and the nickname and avatar you set.
- Content you provide: photos you upload to generate figurines, the resulting 3D models and preview videos, and titles/prices you set for listed works.
- Transactions & credits: credit balance, consumption and top-up records, and purchase records. Top-ups are processed via Apple In-App Purchase; we do not collect your card or payment credentials.
- Device & log info: to keep the service stable and to troubleshoot, we record necessary device model, OS version, app version, crash and usage logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate, preview and export 3D figurines;
- To manage your account, sign-in state, nickname/avatar and credits;
- To provide listing, review and purchase features;
- To troubleshoot, prevent abuse and improve the product.
We never sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
- Cloud: photos, models and videos are processed and stored via cloud services (Tencent CloudBase, Volcengine / Tencent Hunyuan) to complete generation and sync;
- Payments: handled by Apple In-App Purchase; payment details are managed by Apple and are not accessible to us;
- These third parties process data only as needed to provide the App.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Rules
The App lets users list works to a public gallery for others to browse and buy. We manually review public content and provide "Report Work" and "Block Creator" features. Uploading illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited; we may remove such content and act on the related accounts.
5. Data Storage & Deletion
- Your works, credits and profile are stored in the cloud and linked to your account;
- You can delete individual works in the App;
- You can delete your account anytime via Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion we remove your profile, works, generation tasks, purchase/transaction records and related cloud files (except where retention is legally required);
- You may also contact us via the email below to access, correct or delete your data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted in-app or on this page.
